Packaging & Delivery

How are cards packaged?

Every order is shipped using a multi-layer protection system: premium sleeves, rigid protection, and impact-resistant outer packaging.

Is packaging really that secure?

Yes. Our packaging is designed specifically for collectors, not standard e-commerce handling.

How long does delivery take?

Your order ships within two working days of confirmation. After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on where you are:

Delhi NCR - 1 to 2 working days
Metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) - 3 to 4 working days
Tier 2 cities - 4 to 5 working days
Rest of India - 5 to 7 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. If anything slows down along the way, we'll tell you before you have to ask.

What if my card is damaged during shipping?

Transit damage is rare, but when it happens we work through it with you directly.

Write to us at hello@thekollektor.com with your order number and an unboxing video that captures the moment the box was opened. We will review it on our end and resolve it through proper, direct communication. Reach out within 72 hours of delivery so we can move on it quickly.
