Use of the Platform is available only to individuals who are legally competent to contract under applicable law.

If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, any access or transaction on the Platform must be undertaken by, or under the supervision of, a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Company is engaged in the retail sale of collectible trading cards, anime and trading card game products, gaming accessories, memorabilia, and related merchandise sourced from domestic and international markets, including Japan.

Inventory may include, without limitation, single cards, graded cards, promotional cards, alternate art variants, vintage releases, accessories, sealed or unsealed products, and other limited-availability collectible goods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• (a) the Company acts solely as an independent retailer or reseller;
• (b) the Company is not the manufacturer, original publisher, original issuer, or rights holder of listed products;
• (c) the Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any publisher, game studio, anime franchise owner, trademark proprietor, or intellectual property owner.

All third-party trademarks, logos, character names, artwork, and intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

Where account creation is enabled, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep such information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, with or without notice, where reasonably required, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abusive conduct, repeated failed deliveries, misuse of discounts or promotions, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Product listings may include photographs, scans, catalogue images, or representative images. Unless expressly stated as “actual card”, “exact copy”, “pictured item”, “scanned item”, or similar language, images are illustrative only and intended to identify the product category or card type.

Accordingly:

• (a) the physical item supplied may not be the exact specimen depicted;
• (b) multiple copies of the same card may vary in centering, printing alignment, holographic pattern, colour tone, gloss, texture, edges, corners, or surface characteristics;
• (c) accessories or display items shown in images may not be included unless explicitly specified.

No claim shall arise solely on account of visual variance from representative images where the correct product, as described in the listing, has been supplied.

Trading cards and similar collectibles are inherently variable and may exhibit differences arising from manufacturing processes, age, handling, storage, transportation, or ordinary circulation.

Unless expressly sold as independently graded and certified by a recognised third-party grading service, any condition descriptors (including “near mint”, “lightly played”, “excellent”, “good”, or similar terminology) reflect a reasonable commercial assessment and not an absolute or flawless condition guarantee.

Minor variations and factory characteristics such as edge whitening, light surface marks, centering variance, print lines or factory marks, minor corner wear, foil lines or roller impressions, slight curvature or warping not impairing usability, and age-consistent wear in older or vintage cards are inherent in collectible goods and do not constitute defects or grounds for dispute.

Condition evaluation is inherently subjective and may differ between collectors, investors, and players. Users acknowledge the prevalence of grading disputes in the singles market and agree to purchase with this variability in mind.

Collectible inventory may be limited, unique, or fast-moving. Accordingly:

• (a) prices may change without notice prior to dispatch;
• (b) availability may be affected by technical errors, catalogue synchronisation delays, or concurrent orders;
• (c) a single-copy or limited item may become unavailable after order placement;
• (d) inadvertent pricing, typographical, or description errors may occur despite reasonable safeguards.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or manifest error, the Company may cancel the affected order and refund the amount received. Such refund shall ordinarily constitute the sole remedy available to the Customer.

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). No order shall be deemed accepted until dispatch confirmation is issued or the product is handed over to a logistics partner for shipment.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

• Stock discrepancies or unavailability
• Evident pricing anomalies
• Suspected fraud or suspicious transaction behaviour
• Unverifiable or incomplete customer information
• Duplicate or bulk orders intended to exploit promotions
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Force majeure events

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, aggregators, banks, or financial institutions.

The Company does not ordinarily store complete card numbers, CVV data, or similar sensitive payment authentication information.

Orders may be subject to fraud screening, risk assessment, or payment verification prior to confirmation.

Dispatch timelines provided on the Platform are indicative only.

The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from courier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, inaccurate address details, failed delivery attempts, strikes, governmental orders, or events beyond reasonable control.

Risk in the goods shall pass upon delivery to the address specified by you or to your authorised recipient.

All returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations shall be governed exclusively by the Company’s Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy as published on the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or compromise Platform security or functionality
• Scrape, harvest, or reuse listings without authorisation
• Impersonate another individual or entity
• Place fraudulent or bad-faith orders
• Misuse customer support channels
• Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights

Except for third-party intellectual property, all rights in the Platform’s design, layout, merchandising structure, curation, text, branding, compilations, and proprietary content vest in the Company or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• (a) the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis;
• (b) uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed;
• (c) Products are sold as collectibles, not investment or financial instruments. No assurance is provided regarding future market value, investment performance, or appreciation of collectible items;
• (d) subjective expectations shall not prevail over listing disclosures and stated policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including speculative loss, opportunity loss, or diminution in collectible value.

The Company’s aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, cyber incidents, labour disputes, transport failures, or governmental actions.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Where any provision is capable of being modified, interpreted, or limited so as to render it valid and enforceable, such provision shall be construed accordingly without requiring further agreement between the parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
