We source these cards from across the world. Getting them to your door with the same care is the easy part and the part we take most seriously.
Every order is shipped fully tracked and fully insured, dispatched within two working days of your order confirmation. We ship through our trusted logistics partner network, using the most reliable courier partner available for your pin code - because a card that took weeks to source shouldn't spend days in transit.
When it leaves us.
Your order ships within two working days of confirmation. That's the time we need to inspect the card one final time, photograph it in its final packed state for your records, and prepare it for its journey. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it leaves our hands, and updates at every key step - pickup, transit, out for delivery, delivered. If anything slows down along the way, you'll hear from us directly.
When it reaches you.
Delivery windows depend on where you are in the country. The timelines below are honest - they include realistic buffers for peak periods and weather, so what we quote is what you can count on.

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Couriers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If a delay affects your order during peak festive weeks, we'll tell you before you have to ask.
If something goes wrong in transit.
It's rare, but it happens. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, write to us with your order number and unboxing video. We'll review it on our end and work out the right resolution. The process sits with us, not you.
We ship across India.
Domestic only for now. International shipping isn't part of the current collection experience - we'd rather do Indian shipping flawlessly than international shipping adequately. That changes when we're ready to do it properly.
