What is your exchange and return policy?
We do not offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final. The only exception is a verified damage claim raised within 72 hours of receiving your package, supported by an unboxing video.
How do I raise a damage claim?
Write to us at hello@thekollektor.com with your order number and an unboxing video that captures the moment the box was opened. Claims raised without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Who arranges the return pickup?
We will initiate the pickup from your end once the return has been agreed upon. You do not need to arrange the courier yourself.
How long does a refund take?
Where a claim is accepted, we will communicate the resolution to you within 7 working days of the claim being raised and verified. Once the resolution has been agreed, the item must be returned to us, and the refund will be initiated after the returned card has been received and inspected.
The 7 working day refund window begins from the date the inspection report has been shared with you. Please note that the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway, and is outside our direct control.
